Change of Directors and AGM Materials available

The Company would like to announce the appointment of Mrs Eleni Romaidou as its new board member effective immediately (Article 135(2) is available here).

Furthermore, Mr Antonios Nikolaou has informed the company that he does not intend offer himself up for reelection at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
