iDNA GENOMICS PUBLIC LTD was incorporated in Cyprus on 16 November 2020 as a public company limited by shares with registration number HE415277. On the 17th of December 2021, the Company achieved the successful listing of its shares on the Emerging Companies Market (ECM) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).
The Company’s goal is to become a world class player in the booming market of DNA testing & analysis and be recognized as the most innovative and trusted “personalized genetic knowledge” provider for a healthy life management.
Our Group
On the 30th of September 2021, the Company acquired iDNA Genomics IKE, an emerging, privately held personal genomics and biotechnology company registered in Greece with General Electronic Commercial Registry number 152515201000 and headquarters in Kifissia, Athens. Through this acquisition, the Company also indirectly acquired the subsidiary of iDNA Genomics IKE, iDNA Laboratories IKE, a newly established, privately held diagnostic centre registered in Greece with General Electronic Commercial Registry number 157439801000.
iDNA GENOMICS PUBLIC LTD acts as the holding company of the Group as it owns 100% of iDNA Genomics IKE, which in turn owns 100% of iDNA Laboratories. Mr Sakellaridis is the founder & CEO of Theracell Advanced Biotechnology Ltd., a regenerative medicine company focusing on autologous cell therapies.
During the last 12 years Mr Sakellaridis:
• was the founding partner and CEO of Proton Pharma S.A. a pharmaceutical company, from 2008 till 2014 with a successful exit;
• was the founder and President of the Board of Qualia Pharma (2009 – today), a company focusing on pharmaceuticals, medical devices & food supplements;
• was the founder and President of the Board of Exelane Laboratories Switzerland (2011-2019), a company developing, manufacturing and marketing nutraceutical products worldwide.Prior to the above, Mr Sakellaridis held various positions in pharmaceutical companies for more than 20 years. He started his career in GSK Greece, then he was employed by AstraZeneca Hellas S.A. where he held the position of Marketing and Sales Director, and from 1997 and for 10 years he served as Managing Director of Janssen-Cilag Greece S.A. In parallel, during the period 2001-2004 he was appointed Vice President of Market Development for Ortho Biotech Europe, M. East and Africa.
Mr Sakellaridis held various positions in many industry associations, amongst others:
• Vice President of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Industry (SFEE);
• President of the Pharmaceutical Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce;
• Vice President of the Greek PhRMA;
• Member of the Board of the Panhellenic Union of Pharmaceutical Industry (PEF);
• Member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV);
• Member of the Greek Network of the Corporate Social Responsibility;
• Member of the Association of Chief Executive Officers; and
• President of the Greek Pharmaceutical Marketing Association (EEFAM).Mr Sakellaridis has a M.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Athens and holds an MBA from the MCE in Brussels and the IMD of Lausanne in the areas of Marketing and Management.

Mr Nikolaou studied at the London City University where he received a BSc in Shipping and Banking and an MBA in Finance. Following, he was employed for five years at HSBC and Barclays Bank until 2005. Afterwards he served as an Executive Director and Member of the Board of Global Oceanic Carrier which was a listed shipping company on the AIM market in the United Kingdom until 2009.
In 2010 Mr Nikolaou founded ACN Shipping ltd, a company which invests in shipping ventures with minority stakes. After leaving ACN Shipping ltd in 2012, he founded Ship Finance Marine Corporation, a company which acts as a financial advisor for shipping and real estate investments.
